Boy Baby Shower – Mustaches and Ties, Oh My!

I don’t know if you are aware… but mustaches and neck ties are the new “IT” thing when it comes to baby boy baby showers.  I have found some super cute ideas for you with mustaches and neck ties… and blue, blue, blue!

I found cute printable mustaches from PaperSeed – she has them for cute novelty pics with baby, but you COULD use them as party favors or party “wearables” for your baby shower guests too! She has lots of fun mustache styles

Bridal Shower Games

Do you like to play games at baby or bridal showers?  I have to admit that my least favorite part of a shower is usually the “game” portion of the event.  Not sure why……  Nevertheless, I have been on the look-out for some EASY, FAB, and did I mention FUN games for showers.  Found a few.. and here they are!

National Card and Letter Writing Month – Free Printables!

Free Printable Recipe Cards

The start of a New Year often brings lists, resolutions, and organization.  I usually start the year with a new journal and plans to get my home and office… and kitchen.. in order.  I was looking for some cute recipe cards to organize 2012’s new recipes, and I thought maybe I should share them here too!

Printable Christmas Cards (or Photo Frames)

We offered these glam cards last year, but I thought it might be nice to offer again, since we have so MANY new readers (thank you all!!)

I have design two FREE printable holiday cards, as a gift just for you.   Click HERE to download the PDF file, which includes instructions and BOTH card designs..  Print your card of choice onto cardstock, affix your favorite holiday photo right to the card with scrapbook-safe glue “dots” (like THESE) or double-stick tape, add your message and name(s) to the inside and… voila, instant card, ready to mail! These are both 5×7 size cards, one with space for a 4×6 size photo on the front, and the other with space for a 3×5 size photo.


And for the “extreme” DIY’ers, we also have a slightly MORE detailed DIY version.  You can download the {extra strength} FREE DIY holiday card HERE.  Instructions are included with the file to make one fabulous GLAM photo frame holiday card.

Diva Christmas Tags

Today’s freebies are so sparkle-icious.  I made them with “digital” glitter – in red and green for the holidays!  You can use these tags in all sorts of ways for your holiday gift giving!

These free printable tags are 2 inches round, and come 10 each on one sheet.  The download is in a PDF format file.  Just download, print, and then cut.  (We recommend a circle punch, like THIS ONE, but scissors work too!  Punches are low cost and once you have one you’ll find zillions of reasons to use it).

You can punch a hole and add tags to your a gift or favors with string or ribbon.  If you decide to print them on STICKER paper, these will make great seals for jar lids or even as seals baked goodies.  They are also perfect for cupcake toppers too!

Teacher Appreciation Gift Ideas

The end of the school year is ALMOST here (hooray!), and it’s time to be gathering your ideas for teacher appreciation gifts!  We already have a free printable HERE that you can download and use… and I have some other fun ideas for you today too!

First up, from Giggles Galore comes a FUN idea for a DIY gift – a decorated potted plant AND gift card.  I love the chalkboard look on this pot! Step-by-step instructions, as well as prices are given!

I found a really cute free teacher appreciate printable from Eighteen25 – it’s perfect for any kind of cookie gift you want to give.  Free and so easy!

You know I can’t pass up a chance to share cookie ideas from Sweet Sugar Belle… look at this fun post with a couple of great cookie gift ideas.  She is *so* amazing!

One more from Eighteen25 – free downloadable teacher tags for CANDY jars.  Such a great idea for a gift that your favorite teacher can use and re-use.  She found the mini jars at Hobby Lobby; most craft stores sell them!

This next downloadable is not free, but it’s very inexpensive, and I think you’ll agree that it’s TOTALLY worth the price (less than $2!).  Just look at the adorable downloadable tags you can get from {think cute} designs!  Attach to a bag of little goldfish crackers, and you have an quick, easy, and FUN gift!
