With 3 ingredients, it comes together in less than 5 minutes.
Maple Dijon Chicken from Witty In The City
- 1/2 cup Dijon Mustard (I used 3/4 Dijon and 1/4 Stone Ground Mustard)
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
- 1 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 4 Chicken Thighs or Breasts
Preheat Oven to 375 F.
In 8″ x 8″ baking dish (9″ x 13″ if doubling recipe), mix first 3 ingredients.
Lay chicken in baking dish, skin side up. Season with salt and pepper. Turn chicken over so skin in in sauce. Leave 10 minutes.
Turn chicken over so skin side is up; put in over. Bake 45 minutes, basting every 15 minutes, until chicken is done and nicely browned. Remove from oven, and plate portions. Remove sauce from baking dish (pass through gravy skimmer if you have one) and bring to table to serve with chicken.
