My kids still have a few more days of school left before their winter vacation, but we are starting to feel like we’re in “vacation” mode already. I am letting homework slide this week, and instead we will be doing a few fun projects… like gingerbread houses.. and cookies! Here are a few fun ideas and ways YOU can do the same!
